Mission The Talent Acquisition Specialist – U.S.A will support the company’s North American operations by leading recruitment activities, coordinating HR processes, and providing administrative support to project teams. Based in Monterrey or Ciudad de Mexico this role serves as a key connection between field operations, corporate HR, and project management teams across the United States and Canada. The position is focused on attracting top talent, ensuring efficient HR operations, and supporting a positive employee experience within a dynamic, multinational, and project-driven environment. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for U.S. and Canadian operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding. • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, monitoring compliance documentation, and assisting with HR policies and procedures. • Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and field teams, including travel coordination and workforce logistics. • Promote company culture and support employee engagement initiatives, recruitment events, and communication activities. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient staffing and HR support across North American projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles, preferably within multinational, engineering, construction, industrial, or project-based environments. • Proven experience supporting recruitment and HR operations in both the U.S. and Canada is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws, HR compliance practices, and cross-border employment processes is an advantage. • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in fast-paced environments. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional recruitment platforms. • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). • Availability to support a dynamic and international project environment.
