Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an End-to-End Business Owner with a strategic and analytical mindset, capable of leading the regional operation with full ownership of our supply ecosystem. The ideal profile combines operational excellence — optimizing mass recruitment, onboarding, and activation KPIs — with the ability to collaborate with Tech and Product teams to scale our courier platform.We are looking for a leader who excels at stakeholder management, ensures efficiency through unit economic cost control (CAC/LTV), and designs innovative, data-driven CRM and messaging strategies to attract and retain crowdsourced talent, always guaranteeing high market liquidity and operational readiness supported by technology. What You Will Do Design digital strategies: Implement multichannel campaigns (paid media, social media, and viral referral programs) to attract thousands of users. Understand the P&L and each cost component associated with the operation. Analyze the market: Identify trends and new sources of mass recruitment. Focus on key KPIs and create strategies to optimize processes. Lead teams: Lead operations and acquisition staff to align them with business objectives. Security filters: Validate the identity of workers (KYC processes) and ensure clean backgrounds. Regulatory framework: Ensure that operations comply with local labor laws for independent contractors. Requirements 3 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years successfully managing and scaling high-performing, large-scale operations or acquisition teams. Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating complex data sets into actionable supply growth strategies. Mastery of advanced Excel for financial modeling, cost structure analysis, and incentive tracking (knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI is a significant plus). Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels, paid media optimization, and budget management aimed at driving high-volume user conversion. Hands-on experience designing, building, and continuously optimizing mass-acquisition funnels—from initial lead generation to successful user onboarding and activation.
