The Workday Tester will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday implementations through comprehensive testing procedures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and contributing to the success of Workday projects. Responsibilities Test Planning: Collaborate on comprehensive test plans for Workday implementations. Test Case Design: Create and execute test cases based on specifications. Defect Identification: Identify, document, and prioritize defects, facilitating timely resolutions Integration and Performance Testing: Ensure seamless integration and assess system performance. UAT Support: Collaborate with end-users during User Acceptance Testing. Documentation: Maintain test documentation, including plans and execution reports. Automation Collaboration: Work with automation engineers to explore and implement test automation opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Proven testing experience with a focus on Workday; familiarity with Workday modules. Technical Skills: Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automated testing is a plus. Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
