Partner with business leaders to attract top talent, shape a best‑in‑class candidate experience, and support the company’s growth in the region. What You’ll Do Talent Strategy & Leadership Own and drive the talent acquisition strategy for Mexico, aligned to business goals and growth plans Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build scalable hiring plans Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, talent trends, and data‑driven recommendations Help evolve Tinuiti’s employer brand in the Mexican market Full‑Cycle Recruitment Lead end‑to‑end recruiting across a range of roles Run intake sessions, define hiring strategies, and manage the process from kickoff to offer Ensure a high‑quality, consistent interview process aligned with company standards Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing Anticipate future hiring needs and maintain always‑on pipelines for critical roles Implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to the Mexican talent market Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience with clear communication and thoughtful engagement Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our culture and values Continuously improve processes based on candidate feedback and data insights Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Partnership Partner closely with People Ops and business leaders to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding Collaborate on compensation, offers, and hiring decisions aligned with local market practices Train and guide hiring managers on interview best practices and inclusive hiring Process, Systems & Optimization Own ATS workflows (Workday preferred), ensuring data integrity and efficient processes Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and hiring quality What You Bring 6–9+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience Experience hiring for digital marketing, agency, or high‑growth environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of the Mexico talent market and hiring landscape Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate as a strategic partner to the business Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent pipelining, and market mapping Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and data‑driven recruiting practices Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (fluency required) Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
