About The Role As the Sr. FP&A Manager , you will drive global excellence in product costing, inventory management, and material variance analysis across three commercial manufacturing sites. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Carrier’s cost competitiveness—delivering deep product cost insights, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), and enabling fact‑based operational and strategic decisions through strong financial controls and cross‑functional partnership. Key Responsibilities Leading the annual standard cost rollup across three commercial factories, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with corporate guidelines Analyzing product cost structures—labor, overhead, and materials—to support pricing, margin improvement, and operational decisions Serving as the cost accounting lead for NPI programs, delivering cost estimates, cost‑builds, and financial risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle Overseeing inventory accounting, balance sheet controls, and material variance analysis while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Partnering cross‑functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, FP&A, and factory leadership to drive cost transparency, productivity, and continuous improvement Requirements We are looking for people who are analytical, proactive, and collaborative leaders with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
