Slalom’s Business Operations function plays a crucial role in ensuring our consultants are being aligned to the right project opportunities that suit their unique skill-sets and that enable the business outcomes we're driving for our clients. As a Talent Fulfillment Analyst (open to Senior Analyst level as well), you'll be the conduit between our consultants, consulting leaders and broader operations / talent functions to drive accurate data and reporting in support of staffing and hiring decisions. You'll play an important role in aligning our Slalom consultants on projects with our clients and you'll be part of a centralized team that will support staffing (resource management and talent fulfillment) across our key Capabilities, including: Strategy & Consulting, Enterprise, Data & Cloud, Customer Experience, Delivery & Transformation and Build (Technology). What You’ll Do Support the maintenance of a data-based view of our people – their skills, their interests, their staffing assignments and opportunities Support the development and maintenance of staffing-related reporting, dashboards and insights across tools/sources including Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel Assist with our consultant bench program and serve as a point of contact for our available consultants who are not actively staffed on projects Analyze staffing data to create staffing intelligencearound our key Capabilities Support in closing the loop when consultants are aligned to project opportunities Establish meaningful relationships with consultants and leaders Develop an understanding and knowledge of our consultants’ skill sets to help align them to opportunities and career aspirations that are best suited to them Partner with Go-to-Market and Capability Leaders to anticipate demand and ensure timely, proactive alignment of talent What You’ll Bring At least 2 - 5 years of experience in resource planning, talent acquisition / operations, and/or HR Operations and support roles Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform resource data into strategic staffing decisions Experience working within the professional services industry or within a high-growth technology company preferred Demonstrated competence in logistics, workforce planning, and supply/demand management Proactive problem-solver who develops creative solutions and manages ambiguity Excellent time management skills with the ability to switch between projects and tasks Experience working across varying levels of leadership / management Track record of building strong partnerships across teams and highly proactive communication to enable timely decisions and staffing plans Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Teams preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
