The Controller will actively manage the P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow of the plant and ensure timely reporting to the Corporation while maintaining the proper controls in place. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; CA, CMA, MBA a plus · 7+ years of experience in broad-based financial experience, including supervision with heavy emphasis on manufacturing, operational background · Work well with management team, understand plant operations, and provide the right information and financial education for solid decision-making · Excel knowledge, analytical abilities and excellent communications skills required · Self-starter with manufacturing ERP/MRP software knowledge · Self-motivated; highly capable of completing tasks and responding to department requests independently · Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines · Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture · Strong interpersonal and written communication skills coupled with proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet individual goals and deadlines · Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic Duties Include: · Actively own the preparation and the execution of the annual Budget and monthly forecasts, in terms of both Earnings and Cash Flow · Ensure accurate and timely statutory and management accounting in line with group policies and local requirements · Full responsibility for balance sheet integrity, including inventory, fixed assets, provisions, and working capital · Manage plant accounting departments, plan and direct the work of the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of required financial data. · Drive cost analysis to support margin improvement and cost discipline across the entire organization · Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager and Operations leadership.
