Responsibilities Lead the overall HR strategy, aligning policies, processes and organizational development with business goals. Oversee talent attraction, recruitment, selection and development to ensure high-performing teams. Design and implement training and development programs to strengthen technical and soft skills. Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Promote a positive work climate focused on motivation, wellbeing and safety. Strengthen labor relations and maintain effective communication with employees and the union. Coordinate occupational health, safety and wellbeing programs. Maintain and optimize the organizational structure to support operational continuity. Lead by example, reinforcing an environment of results, ethics, teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications HR Manager with 5-6 years of HR experience in an automotive manufacturing plantAdvanced English level and strong stakeholder-management skills 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong background in internal policy administration, training & development, recruiting and strategic planning. Experience managing relationships with government entities and unions.
