Responsibilities Lead teams of hourly employees and support daily production. Act as centralized resource for Plant Production Operations Centers, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Production Control Operations teams. Ensure correct processes in material shipping, receiving, and delivery activities to enable the plant to meet daily production targets. Maintain quality and operational systems per standards and ensure optimal operator certification. Troubleshoot problems and allocate resources and manpower to resolve issues without impacting plant throughput performance. Coordinate all activities in material logistics handling responsibilities. Directly manage a team of hourly employees, accountable for hiring, training, performance, and retention. Utilize problem‑solving skills and tools to root cause and resolve top issues. Interact with all levels of the organization, including hourly and salary employees and executive leadership. Lead Safety, Quality and Cost initiatives set forth by the Plant and Corporate. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics. Strong understanding of production operations, safety, and quality systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to train and retain hourly employees.
