Job Responsibilities Ensure hermeticity and assembly quality of automotive lighting components. Guarantee seals against water and dust (IP67 / IP69K) and control leak tests (air decay, helium, bubble test). Maintain weld–condensation control and robustness to thermal cycles and vibration. Apply automotive regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications Knowledge and application of IATF 16949. Core Tools expertise: APQP DFMEA / PFMEA Control Plan SPC MSA Understanding of OEM requirements (VDA, CSR specifications). Experience with internal and customer audits. Traceability and change control management. Process engineering and development proficiency. Process development and validation (PPAP). DOE for process windows. Process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk), Root‑cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why). Industrialization of new programs. Knowledge of tooling and automation. Desirable Experience Familiarity with Branson, Herrmann, Dukane, Emerson, Bielomatik, and similar equipment. Integration into automated production lines. Process sensors and real‑time monitoring.
