RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Pricing Analyst in our Irapuato, GTO facility! Your Job The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy across systems, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements, and resolving pricing discrepancies that impact profitability and Accounts Receivable. This role works closely with Commercial and Accounting teams to support pricing updates, manage retroactive adjustments, and ensure strong pricing governance practices. What You Will Do in Your Role Maintain and update pricing in internal systems based on customer purchase orders and approved agreements. Review pricing data for accuracy, identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Commercial team. Ensure alignment of all pricing with established commercial contracts and agreements. Collaborate with Business Managers to obtain missing purchase orders and resolve pricing inconsistencies. Analyze and validate customer retroactive payments and pricing adjustments. Partner with Accounting to investigate and resolve Accounts Receivable issues related to pricing discrepancies. Calculate and maintain intercompany pricing structures. Monitor and follow up on direct-buy pricing updates to ensure proper downstream customer pricing. Estimate financial impacts of retroactive pricing and proactively support recovery or accrual efforts. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Conversational English level. Ability to interpret commercial contracts and pricing agreements. Experience working with ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items.
