Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties: Develop the appropriate intimacy with your customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs) Regular visits with preparation and minutes Build relationships with key staff in the client organization Monitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant step Prepare commercial offers to answer on a due time to customer requests Get a good understanding of the costing files Propose and get validated the targeted pricing and the negotiation path/tactics to convince the customer Formalize the offer with the appropriate wording Understand and apply the guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management Programs Act as Program Sales Leader – Part of the Program core team Prepare and negotiate – on a proactive manner – the commercial answers to the customer ECRs Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers Follow the profitability of the Program Acquisitions Part of the Acquisition Team Understanding of the Business Plan & RFQA Preparation and update of the commercial offers following hierarchy’s instructions Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems Your profile and competencies to succeed Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Engineering Industrial or similar Experience 2-4 years technical sales in Aftersales or automotive industry Skills and Competencies Technical sales Knowledge of the manufacturing industry Negotiations skills Development of standard work Results-oriented Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, energy, and environmental standards Basic knowledge and identification of environmental aspects and impacts Technical Competencies 8 Basics of Quality 7 HSE Safety Fundamentals Microsoft Office Drive Car & Licence Managing of SAP Basic knowledge of electronics Basic knowledge of core tools Fundamentals of IATF and automotive industry requirements Leadership Competencies Cultivates Innovation Driving Performance Manages Complexity Customer Focus Drives Results Collaborates with Others Builds Effective and Diverse Teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
