Senior Field Sales Executive We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team at CEVA FM Mexico, based in Ciudad de Mexico. This role falls within our Business Development Transverse division, specifically focusing on cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across our logistics business unit. About the Role As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will be essential in nurturing our existing client relationships while expanding our customer base. This position requires a deep understanding of logistics and business development strategies, as well as the ability to adapt in a dynamic market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise revenue growth. Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and engagement in the logistics sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. Provide regular sales forecasts and report on sales performance metrics to management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services and establish a strong market presence. Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you should have: A proven track record in field sales, preferably within the logistics or business development sectors. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyse market conditions and identify strategic business opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
