Manage and optimize ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and service mapping. Utilize ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for development. Implement and maintain authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, and SSO. Adhere to ITIL framework and IT service management best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. Experience in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and service mapping. Proficiency with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Understanding of OAuth, SAML, SSO, and authentication mechanisms. Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
