Responsibilities Lead multiple strategic projects to support manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers. Support M&A due diligence and the implementation of integration activities. Manage cross‑functional teams, including direct and indirect reports across technical, commercial, and production functions. Develop and maintain standardized processes and playbooks for due diligence, M&A, and manufacturing transfers. Initiate and manage capital requests (CB‑2) for M&A, capacity expansion, and network optimization and insourcing projects. Provide capital planning insights, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecasts. Collaborate with plant managers, ISC leadership, Engineering, R&D, quality and Finance to develop and execute project plans. Ensure compliance with regional manufacturing requirements, particularly in Tijuana and Mexico. Deliver project updates to business and functional leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Define and secure program resources, establish team roles and responsibilities, and evaluate performance. Apply advanced project‑management methodologies, including scope definition, WBS, risk management, and integrated business planning. Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes. Manage budgets and financial resources for assigned projects. Execute projects successfully to committed timeline and budget. Adapt to changes in project scope and reprioritize resources to meet commitments. Ensure compliance with regulatory and manufacturing standards, ISO, GMP, QMS. Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering, bachelor's degree in Administration, or similar. 5+ years of experience in project management. Highly results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera for planning and tracking activities. Solid knowledge of methodologies such as PMI, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma for process improvement and project execution. Ability to interpret and analyze operational and financial KPIs to support decision‑making, strong knowledge in financial acumen is a must. Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements within the Medical Device industry. Advanced English. Valid US Visa and passport. Availability to travel.
