Overview Outsite is seeking a proactive and service-driven Community & Property Manager to oversee our Todos Santos location and deliver an exceptional experience for our global community of guests. This role combines hands-on property management with community engagement, ensuring that both the physical space and the member experience meet Outsite’s standards. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes ownership of both operations and guest satisfaction. Locations Todos Santos Responsibilities Guest Experience Deliver a high level of service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Welcome and communicate with guests, both in person and through messaging platforms. Serve as a point of contact for guest questions and concerns before and during their stay. Ensure guests follow house rules and policies. Monitor guest feedback and maintain strong satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score. Property Management & Operations Maintain the location in excellent operating condition through consistent oversight. Conduct regular property and room inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Stage and organize spaces as needed to enhance presentation and functionality. Supervise and coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure timely turnovers and cleanliness. Keep essential amenities and supplies fully stocked. Ensure all property items are in good working condition and address any issues promptly. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements, coordinating with vendors as needed. Remain available for property-related emergencies and ensure timely resolution. Community Engagement Foster a strong sense of community and enhance brand presence locally. Moderate and actively participate in the local WhatsApp group, including weekly posts and ongoing engagement. Organize and attend at least one in-person community event per week. Provide local recommendations and support to enhance the guest experience. Engage with members through the Member Hub with at least one post per month and timely responses. Who You Are A self-starter who works confidently and independently. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented in approach. Comfortable taking initiative and handling hands-on tasks as needed. Outgoing, personable, and confident in social interactions, with sound judgment in decision-making. Fluent in English and Spanish.
