Key Responsibilities Support case managemen t and daily legal administrative task Respond to client emails and voicemails promptly and professionally Prepare and send retainer agreements, letters of representation , and other legal documents Gather, organize, and maintain accurate case files and supporting documents Assist with litigation suppor t, including case preparation and deadline tracking Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and team members to keep cases moving efficiently Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent English and Spanish communication skill s, especially in written client communication Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment Proactive quick learner who can stay one step ahead Comfortable handling multiple client communications daily Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems Preferred Experience Legal assistant, case manageme nt, or litigation support experience is preferred Any legal or law firm experience will be considered Personal injury experience is a plus, but not required Experience with CasePeer or other legal CRMs Familiarity wiith Outlook, Gmail, RingCentral, or similar phone systems Experience preparing legal documents, retainers, and case files Schedule, Compensation and Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Starts at $6 per hour , with a possibility of a pay increase from a performance evaluation PTO, referral incentives, and bonuses (where applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
