Role Description As we continue to scale, we are expanding our capabilities in business-purpose lending. This is a full-time, remote role for a Closing Coordinator in Mexico. Join a high-performance team supporting investor-focused real estate lending. In this role, you will manage the closing process for business-purpose loans, including DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) transactions, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and ready for a smooth and timely close. You will work closely with borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams to drive real estate loans from approval to funding with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities Manage the closing process for business-purpose real estate loans Track and confirm loan terms and conditions throughout the transaction lifecycle Correspond with borrowers and relevant parties to request and gather necessary documentation Proactively follow up via email and phone to ensure all required items are received and processed Review loan files, title work, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues prior to closing Communicate with attorney offices regarding title work, updates, and documentation Compile complete loan packages for submission to attorney offices and closing agents Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and internal trackers Support the broader loan lifecycle from application through closing Preferred Experience Experience with Non-Qualified Mortgage lending, investor-focused real estate financing, or DSCR loans Familiarity with the loan lifecycle from application through closing Skill Required Organization: Keep files and documents systematically organized for easy retrieval and reference. Prioritization: Ability to discern and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Detail-Oriented: Meticulously review documents and information to identify errors or discrepancies. Quick Learner: Adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and procedures within the real estate closing coordination role. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in administrative assistance and office administration Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
