Role Overview This role is focused on supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple entities while keeping communication, systems, and financial data organized and up to date. You will play a key part in ensuring transactions are recorded accurately, team members are supported, and accounting workflows run smoothly. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. What You’ll Own Triage accounting‑related messages across emails and team channels, resolving routine inquiries and routing complex questions appropriately. Update QuickBooks Online with recent bank transactions across multiple entities and follow up on outstanding items. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes within QBO Payroll and QBTime. Provide support and guidance to team members using tools like Expensify and QBTime. Assist with recurring payroll cycle tasks and support annual accounting processes as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure all accounting activities are tracked and up to date.
