Position Summary Ensure that the manufactured parts (by welding and machining) meet the manufacturing and design criteria specified by engineering. Ensure that the documents received by BGM and delivered to the client comply with the applicable standards and specifications, as well as the preparation of the required quality compliance documents. Essential Responsibilities Visual inspection of the general conditions of manufacturing when received at the plant. Dimensional inspection of materials based on applicable drawings defined by engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.). Preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports. Control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming, and rejected materials after dimensional inspection. Additional Activity Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the state of reception of the material. Inspection, validation and control of quality compliance documents (CMTR, reports, etc.) in accordance with applicable specifications and standards. Preparation and control of quality compliance documents (ITP, reports, certificates of conformity, etc.) in accordance with the scope of the projects. Preparation, distribution and control of non-conforming product and rejection reports. Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the manufacturing process of the different projects. Responsibilities Clean, organize and store the tools/equipment/instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the order and cleanliness standard (6S). Carry out one security observation per month and propose an action to improve or solve the observation. Take care of your safety and that of your colleagues when carrying out safe maneuvers with equipment of any size. At all times, follow up on your assigned workload and report any questions/anomalies/discrepancies to your immediate supervisor. Is responsible for physically carrying the pump from its assembly area to the testing area, maintaining order at all times. Position Requirements Education: Industrial engineering or related field.
