Your day-to-day As a member of the global Webfleet team, you will have to deliver the following: Updating balances and account statements for customers and suppliers Administrative follow-up Management of accounts receivable Balance reconciliation Creation and stamping of invoices and payment slips Reconciliation of invoices/payment slips between CONTPAQi and the internal system Reviewing files and amending descriptions as requested by the client Validating tax details as requested by the client Manually amending payment methods and items in CONTPAQi Sending invoicing files for bulk dispatch Providing support and responding to our accounting firm Bank transactions Clarifying supplier invoices Consolidation of accounting information for the tax office Support with updating documents for banks Follow up of service payments Invoice requests (downloading from portals) Sending invoices to the corporate office in Europe Management of accounts payable Supplier management Purchase order management Customer service Handling customer tickets and calls (accounting matters) Incident management Project Customers balance management Who are you? To be successful, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: Languages: native in Spanish, intermediate English; Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; At least 2-3 years’ of experience in a similar supporting role; Understanding of business processes and the ability to improve them when required; Confident and have experience working in a B2B environment; You are solution oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude; Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment; Excellent computer and administration/organization skills; Extremely tidy and analyst.
