About The Role This Executive Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting leadership and strengthening the internal community. You will help coordinate events, manage communications, and support daily operations while enabling collaboration across global teams. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well‑organised, connected, and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate executive calendars, helping prioritise time effectively and resolve scheduling conflicts. Support internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, capturing notes, and following up on action items. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and communications to a high standard and aligned with brand guidelines. Act as a point of contact for internal teams, supporting collaboration and maintaining strong working relationships. Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding activities to support a positive employee experience. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations, using bilingual communication skills and cultural awareness. Support our Head of House and Mexico community by enabling community activities and events (e.g., Hackdays, social events) with the social committee. Use diverse channels to maximise the effectiveness of internal communications. Take ownership of the community budget to ensure the best possible value. Requirements Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support administrative or operational tasks. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience supporting meetings, events, or administrative processes in a professional environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Spanish and English language skills to support collaboration across international teams. Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally, as needed for business activities (10 % of the year).
