Position: Charter Flights Manager We are seeking a highly commercial and results-driven professional to lead the strategy, development, and operation of our charter flights business. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring profitable operations through efficient management of resources, fleet capacity, and operating costs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth within the charter flights business. Manage relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high service levels and fulfillment of commercial agreements. Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives within the charter aviation market. Coordinate charter flight operations with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and profitable execution. Manage operational resources and costs to maximize profitability across all charter operations. Analyze performance, load factor, and profitability metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and strategic agreements with clients and business partners. Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field. 6–7 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
