Journey Coordinator Location: CDMX Salary: $25,000 MXN/Month Fixed Contracted Pay Position Overview This role is for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our rapidly growing international fertility consulting agency. You will work closely with intended parents and medical professionals to ensure a smooth surrogacy process, primarily working with LGBT clients. The position is available in both CDMX and Cancun, offering a flexible schedule with part-time remote work and occasional office-based responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, keeping intended parents informed about the progress of their surrogacy journey. Coordinate medical procedures with partner fertility clinics and communicate updates to clients. Manage and respond to 30-50 emails per day and conduct regular video and phone calls with clients in both English and Spanish. Ensure accurate and timely updates in client databases. Maintain warm and positive relationships with all stakeholders. Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-touch industry. Fluency in spoken and written English at a native level; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Warm, extroverted personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with tools such as Word, Excel, Slack, Freshdesk, and Airtable is a plus. Ability to travel between CDMX and Cancun when required. Partly remote role (75%) with some in-office responsibilities (25%). Benefits Versatile schedule (parttime remote with occasional office).
