As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work across borders within an empowered, self-organized environment. You will support team development and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences by leveraging diverse talent and specialized expertise. Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end global standardized recruiting process while providing customized talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and expert candidate selection and offer negotiation. Act as a professional consultant and strategic partner to global teams for comprehensive talent acquisition needs, including proactive sourcing and hiring. Demonstrate leadership by partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams. Lead cross-regional recruitment initiatives and manage complex transformation projects, interpreting business challenges to recommend best practices that enhance our ability to attract top-tier talent. Collaborate seamlessly with Rewards, People Services, Business Partnering, and People Relations to execute global recruitment strategies. Empower and coach team members to drive organizational growth, proficiently mentoring individuals and global teams within the recruiting function. Proactively develop talent pipelines using advanced applicant tracking and sourcing tools, while staying at the forefront of global recruitment trends. Qualifications University degree with 6+ years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; Portuguese language skills are highly desirable. Proven recruiting experience across different countries in Latin America. Superior stakeholder management capabilities, with a focus on effective communication, influencing, and collaborative partnering. High learning agility, capable of spotting patterns, processes, and influencing outcomes. Technical expertise in diverse sourcing, direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, offer process/systems management, and proactive talent/candidate sourcing with various ATS systems, Workday and Phenom preferred. Possesses an enterprise mindset, excelling in ambiguous situations, and demonstrating strong business acumen. Strong consultative problem-solving skills, an agile mindset, and the ability to champion organizational change. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
