About the role As a Customer Service Representative , you will be a key point of contact for our customers, delivering reliable support and ensuring a smooth documentation and after-sales experience. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and supporting product shipment and contract processes. Key Responsibilities Working independently to support customers via phone or electronic communication, providing information about products and services Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, including moderately complex issues, while following established procedures Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues, escalating or redirecting cases to appropriate departments when required Facilitating documentation for product shipments to various customers Providing after-sales support for assigned customer contracts when required Requirements We are looking for people who are customer-focused, organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently .
