Manage the full RTR process, ensuring that all financial close activities are completed accurately and on time. Supervise the recording of transactions, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and bank activities to maintain reliable financial information. Prepare financial reports and analyses that support internal monitoring and decision‑making. Ensure compliance with applicable tax obligations and requirements established by the SAT. Provide support during audits by delivering necessary information and documentation. Serve as backup for additional accounting activities when operational continuity is required. Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the efficiency of financial information flows. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced conversational English. More than 5 years of experience leading teams (Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead). Knowledge and practical experience with both USGAAP and IFRS standards. Strong understanding of tax matters and compliance with SAT requirements. Previous experience in international manufacturing, logistics, retail, or commercial companies.
