We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position of Executive Driver & Trilingual Coordinator Responsibilities Provide safe and professional transportation services for executives and foreign visitors. Drive company vehicles, including a 15-passenger van. Support communication between Chinese, Mexican, and international teams through verbal interpretation and written translation. Coordinate logistics for meetings, plant visits, hotels, airports, and business activities. Assist expatriate staff with local administrative support and daily operational needs. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with senior management. Support during customer visits, audits, and business events and translation for the operation. Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with local traffic regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (International Business, Languages, Administration, or related fields); High school diploma required. Advanced Mandarin Chinese, Advanced English, and Fluent Spanish. Previous experience in executive driving, executive assistant, translator, or expatriate coordination roles. Experience working with Chinese companies or international manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Valid Mexican driver’s license and mandatory experience driving a 15-passenger van. Clean driving record and availability for flexible schedules/occasional weekend support. High level of discretion, reliability, and service-oriented attitude. Why Join Us?
