Ametek Nuevo Laredo is in search for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus in recruiting and labor relations. Responsibilities Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions. Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans. Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria). Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & regulatory alignment. Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance. Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed. Support general HR activities as needed. Requirements College &/or University degree. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position within a Manufacturing environment. Bilingual; Spanish and English will be highly preferred. Knowledge and experience in personnel management. Familiarized in supporting HR management in a Mexican Union manufacturing environment. Legal & compliance knowledge; IMSS, STPS, INM. Experience actively participating in quality systems from an HR (Training) perspective.
