JOB DESCRIPTION: Implementation Specialist Reports to: Implementation Team Lead Location: Remote, with up to 25% travel to customer locations Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused implementation specialist to join our dynamic team. The implementation specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful onboarding of new customers to AvSight’s ERP software for the aviation industry. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customers are onboarded successfully, seamlessly transitioning to AvSight. This role will require weekend availability, as needed, to support their project team in final preparations for customer go live dates that fall on a Monday. Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee compliance with contracted scope of work and timeline Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project meetings Identify, document, and communicate action items Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues that will impact project deliverables or the timeline Actively facilitate internal and external discussions to overcome roadblocks and determine next steps Training & Support Provide comprehensive training to new customers Customize training materials, videos, and documentation to facilitate learning Provide ongoing support to end-users throughout implementation and the post go-live period Stay up-to-date on AvSight products or services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers Configuration & Testing Configure new customers’ Salesforce environments to align with the their unique business processes Serve as an intermediary between AvSight’s development teams and the customer for any contract-required customizations Guide the customer through testing, quality assurance, and validation of their AvSight configuration and data migration to identity and resolve any issues Relationship Building Establish a positive and productive relationship with new customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and expectation Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation Documentation & Reporting Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Organize and maintain all project documentation and tracking within Salesforce Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to acquire product and process knowledge, even in resource-constrained environments Adaptability to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding new customers to a software or SaaS Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation, ERP, and/or Salesforce platforms Project management certifications are desirable but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
