The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. This role offers a 360 business perspective through 3 strategic pillars: Department Controlling: You will directly support the financial management and reporting processes of the department, performing key activities of a Junior Controller. Central Controlling: You will collaborate on standardizing reporting processes and provide support to various business areas, gaining a corporate-level perspective. Logistics: You will gain a practical view of operations, understanding the impact of the supply chain on business costs and profitability. Qualifications Requirements: Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Administration. Engineering degrees will be considered if you demonstrate a solid foundation or genuine interest in costs and finance. Language: Advanced English (professional speaking and writing proficiency). Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Theoretical or practical knowledge of SAP. Basic financial knowledge (understanding of financial statements). Experience with Power BI or creating dashboards is a highly valued plus. Soft Skills: Ownership: A strong drive to lead your own professional development. Organization & Follow-up: The ability to manage a structured work plan and see tasks through to completion. Assertive Communication: Skill in collaborating effectively and presenting key information.
