Position Objective: Support the financial platform by validating and entering rent invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation within client databases. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client inboxes daily for invoices and statements. Validate charges including open balances, recurring expenses, variable fees, and one-time costs. Communicate with landlords to obtain supporting documentation (work orders, utility bills, reconciliations, CPI calculations, ledgers). Enter monthly charges into client databases. Prepare pre-audit checklists to identify potential issues in CAM/Operating Expense reconciliations. Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, real estate, or related field preferred. Experience with real estate databases (ProLease, Harbor Flex, CoStar) and accounting systems (MRI, Yardi). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lease administration, accounting, paralegal, or property management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure. Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for client satisfaction.
