Responsibilities Filtering resumes and conducting initial candidate selection. Reviewing and validating documentation for new hire candidates. Assisting with photo taking, badge printing, and fingerprinting for new hires. Providing employee assistance, including distributing cafeteria tickets, assigning lockers, and supporting transport route assignments. Participating in pre-selection interviews with HR personnel. Preparing documents and welcome kits for new employees. Coordinating induction and training sessions, including room reservations and coffee breaks. Ensuring new employees complete orientation forms. Updating and maintaining the employee database for Snappy gift seniority awards. Managing employee files and documentation. Collaborating on internal communication management, such as bulletin boards, WhatsApp, and flyer design. Supporting new hire contract signing and renewals. Participating in specific HR department projects, such as implementing new personnel management systems. Engaging in HR continuous improvement projects. Writing and sending internal communications. Managing newsletters. Supporting the planning and execution of internal meetings and events. Participating in employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results. Qualifications Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Human Resources. (Desirable) Hard Skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Advanced CANVA Advanced English.
