• Supervise personnel of his area • Avoid unsafe acts are performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area. • Fluent of the department's process in order to ensure adherence, provide answers to employees and outside inquires. • Partner with Superintendent and other Supervisors to ensure building awareness of business processes/ changes. • Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by coordinating with all departments involved in the process. • Provide support to internal and external customers including all divisions of our multi-channel business and suppliers. • Execute the strategy and direction of the Department. • Ensure that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner. • Manage employee performance while developing and inspiring the team. • Train all employees assigned to his area • Recommend improvements or enhancements to Warehouse Manager Manager. • Review, understand and support expense management • Staff and schedule employees based on business needs • Follow up on updates employees to ensure an acceptable turn time andeffectiveness. • Participate and ensure staff adheres to 5’s • Participate in Kaizen events /projects • Ensure that work equipment & tools are safe to operate, well maintained, with clean apearance. At least 2 years Supervisory experience in Warehouse Operations. ENSLISH ADAVANCED Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position Excel Knowledge Highly Responsable Person with strong leadership skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to develop a strong team and increase employee performance at an operational level is required. Strong sense of urgency, solution / analytical capacity problem.
