We are looking for a Senior IBP / Supply Chain Support Engineer to support and optimize global planning platforms during a major digital transformation. This role focuses on o9 Solutions , automation, monitoring, and incident management to ensure reliable, cost‑effective supply chain operations while collaborating closely with U.S.-based teams. Responsibilities Support, execute, and troubleshoot IBP and supply chain processes (o9 Solutions ). Analyze data using SQL to identify root causes and produce KPI insights. Build and maintain dashboards and logs using Splunk / Grafana . Participate in on‑call rotations and incident management. Collaborate on code reviews, documentation, and operational improvements. Manage escalations, SLAs, and vendor performance. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain / IBP operations or support. Strong hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions . Experience supporting and maintaining IBP platforms. Python scripting and SQL proficiency. Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Git, PagerDuty. ServiceNow experience . Fluent English (daily collaboration with U.S. teams). Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP IBP, Oracle, or other planning tools. Additional automation or scripting languages. Supply Chain, SRE, or Agile certifications. Soft Skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Clear communication and collaboration with global teams.
