About the role We're looking fora SAP Business One Support Consultant in Mexico who will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and application requirements, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and explore effective solutions. You will also conduct training sessions, provide practical workarounds, and showcase new features or modules to help customers optimize their application usage and achieve greater value from the product. In this role you will get to: Understanding customer requirements and business objectives. Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve. Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules to enhance customers’ application usage.
