Administrative Auxiliary As an Administrative Auxiliary, you will support the Business-to-Business (B2B) channel by handling and following up on processes related to invoicing and credit notes. You will work reporting directly to the Business Support Manager in our Distribution center located in Tulitlán. Main Responsibilities Process customer order invoices, including information review, Oracle system management, and follow-up with the Sales team. Prepare credit notes and provide administrative follow-up. Monitor and process the cancellation of fiscal documents for the B2B channel through PPG and external portals. Support employee sales activities, including request handling, payment processing, and product release. Ensure compliance with process controls and company policies. Manage and safeguard credit note documentation and related records. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in similar positions. Education: partially completed university degree or degree.
