Job Description Implementar, mantener y mejorar programas de EHS conforme a normativas locales, nacionales e internacionales. Responsibilities Identificar, analizar y evaluar riesgos laborales en áreas operativas. Realizar inspecciones periódicas de seguridad e higiene en planta/oficina. Investigar incidentes, accidentes y condiciones inseguras, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas oficiales (ej. NOMs en México), políticas internas y estándares corporativos. Dar seguimiento a auditorías internas y externas de EHS. Gestionar indicadores (KPIs) de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Coordinar capacitaciones en temas de seguridad, ergonomía, manejo de materiales peligrosos, primeros auxilios, etc. Supervisar el uso adecuado de equipo de protección personal (EPP). Administrar programas de manejo de residuos, control ambiental y cumplimiento ecológico. Elaborar reportes, estadísticas y presentaciones ejecutivas de desempeño EHS.
