Job Description Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager who will also fulfill a dual role as a Sales & Onboarding Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through demonstrations of the system, supporting them towards their first order, and managing both warm and cold leads. This role requires a seamless blend of customer service, sales, and onboarding expertise. Responsibilities Conduct system demos and engage in the onboarding process. Facilitate the transition of new accounts to their first order. Manage and reach out to warm and cold leads provided by the company. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts. Implement bespoke workflows tailored to client needs. Required Experience and Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales and account manager roles. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Familiarity or experience in the jewelry industry is a must . Preferred Skills Prior experience in the jewelry industry. Strong communication skills, capable of managing conversations with diverse client needs. Ability to adapt to bespoke workflows and company-specific processes. Personality Client-focused with a strong attention to detail. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport. Software & Tools Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is advantageous.
