About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 7+ years of dedicated experience to join our team. This role will be responsible for the overall maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Certinia PSA). This is a crucial, strategic role that moves beyond day‑to‑day administration and will require the candidate to possess deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead complex projects and drive adoption of best practices across the organization. What You Will Do Strategic Platform Leadership: Services as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and other configuration tasks. Own the strategic planning for Salesforce platform upgrades, governance, security, and long‑term roadmap development in collaboration with business partners. Project and Enhancement Lead: Lead Salesforce initiatives, ensuring solutions are tailored to solve specific business requirements. This includes scoping, deployment, and post‑launch optimization. Manage the sandbox strategy and deployment process, ensuring adherence to release management best practices. Support & Training: Provide expert‑level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for all Salesforce related problems. Create and deliver targeted training to new and existing users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Solution Engineering: Analyze business problems and devise solutions using native Salesforce capabilities (clicks, flows). While true developer experience is not mandatory, the candidate must understand development concepts and be able to assess and troubleshoot code/flows. Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner. Certifications: Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (must‑have) and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred). Expert‑level knowledge of security and data access models (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules). Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flow/Process Builder/Workflow Rules, validation rules, custom objects/fields, page layouts, record types). Willingness to work US Central Time. Experience with Certinia or FinancialForce preferred. Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation and administration is a plus. Additional Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. Experience with Apex and Visualforce development (ability to read and debug code) and integrating Salesforce with other third‑party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation platforms).
