City: Mexico City Job Title: Junior Automation Engineer Your Key Responsibilities Operate machines and robots following integral laboratory best practices and SOPs to deliver oils or application samples according to business priorities and deadlines. Perform first-level maintenance and simple repair tasks (nominal value checks, cleaning machine parts, etc.) according to global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Report any nonconformity to the supervisor or laboratory manager; propose and test solutions. Ensure compliance with all QHSS&E procedures and proactively contribute to improving laboratory safety. Request raw materials using MATT to replace materials needed for the robot. Use data-driven thinking to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements and solutions. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and actively participate in LEAN projects. Understand and track performance indicators (KPIs) using all digital tools to meet local targets for automation index, service index, and on-time delivery index. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. English proficiency is mandatory. 1–3 years of previous experience as Automation Engineer in a site production.
