Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic projects while ensuring compliance with LEONI project management standards, timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring project profitability through effective stakeholder communication and structured governance. Key Responsibilities Organize, prepare, and facilitate project kick‑off meetings, status meetings, and phase review meetings with proper documentation and action item follow‑up. Review, adapt, and manage overall project planning, phases, and milestones in terms of timing, cost, and resources. Align project scope and order requirements with project stakeholders and internal teams. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to track progress of work packages and ensure timely deliverables. Apply project risk management guidelines by proactively collecting risks, opportunities, and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project profitability by identifying deviations, implementing countermeasures, and driving cost optimisation initiatives. Establish project communication and reporting structures; report project status to the Project Steering Committee and escalade decisions as required. Monitor project KPIs and evaluate project team performance against time, cost, and quality metrics. Manage project change processes, ensuring proper impact assessment and documentation. Provide project financial reporting and maintain cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications +5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the automotive industry. Advanced English proficiency (80% written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Experience leading projects in industrial/manufacturing environments (automotive preferred). Strong project delivery focus on timeline, cost, quality, and KPIs. Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholders. Knowledge of project risk, change, and cost control processes. Project Management certification preferred (PMI/PMP or equivalent). Knowledge or certification in Six Sigma. Experience using KATA tools (Excel‑based methodology used internally).
