The Soldering Technician The position supports day to day through hole processes, including Selective Soldering, Press Fit machines, and dispensing robots. Key Responsibilities Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of thru‑hole equipment. Ensure thru‑hole equipment operates at the required quality level. Monitor KPIs and provide daily reports on Back‑End process performance. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on thru‑hole equipment. Ensure all safety systems on through equipment are operating correctly. Develop and validate selective soldering programs. Develop and validate Press‑Fit programs. Develop and validate soldering thermal profiles. Qualifications 5 years or more experience on the SMT process. Technical degree in Electronics or a related field (required). An Engineering degree is desirable. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of production equipment. Strong knowledge of selective soldering processes. Knowledge and experience in robot programming, operation, and maintenance. Experience measuring, interpreting, and adjusting thermal profiles. Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 Class 3 criteria. Knowledge of the Press‑Fit process for assembling THT components. Knowledge of capability analysis (Cpk). #J-18808-Ljbffr
