Management and analysis of metrics and performance indicators (KPIs). Main Responsibilities Conduct general audits of the cafeteria service, verifying adherence to quality and hygiene standards. Monitor microbiological results and ensure compliance with current regulations. Serve the different plants, participating in meetings with Human Resources to review audits, metrics, and action plans. Analyze operational information, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators. Manage and provide timely attention to complaints and requests from service users. Ensure that new supplier proposals are implemented on time and correctly, guaranteeing their impact on service improvement.
