Engineering Manager Reports to: Site Director Responsibilities Provide vision and leadership for the team under supervision. Manage resources and assign objectives to the engineering department. Implement, manage, and maintain the Lean Manufacturing system. Develop and document production processes, including process flow, VSM, PFMEA, work instructions, and visual aids. Define and maintain the visual factory. Lead continuous improvement projects. Approve and validate samples and pilot runs. Transfer and launch new products and processes, including the introduction of new processes. Validate processes through IQ, OQ, PQ, DOE, TMV, etc. Establish the installed capacity of equipment. Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition. Manage capital projects and ensure proper use of resources. Ensure metrics remain within targets such as OEE, waste, and capital projects. Support departments on metrics of efficiency, safety, and customer complaints. Maintain control of systems: Kaizen continuous improvement, CAPEX projects, and productivity. Requirements Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent in activities. 5 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks. Experience with Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Minitab. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Clean Rooms (preferably). Knowledge of ISO 9001. #J-18808-Ljbffr
