What You Will Do Manage end‑to‑end client data delivery projects and solution execution Collaborate with clients, Sales teams, Account teams, and internal stakeholders regarding data usage, delivery requirements, and operational execution Define and manage data product requests within contractual terms, SLAs, and compliance requirements Coordinate file receipt, data appends, workflow execution, report generation, and final client delivery Monitor delivery accuracy and validate work against client specifications and quality standards Review, document, and manage contractual or solution changes, process improvements, and delivery modifications Research, troubleshoot, and communicate updates regarding system, workflow, or data issues with urgency and professionalism Lead conversations related to delivery status, operational issues, change management, and solution execution Track usage, support billing closeout activities, and assist with account reviews Manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 3‑5+ years of experience in Data Operations, Delivery Management, Client Services, Technical Operations, or related environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in deadline‑driven environments Strong understanding of SLAs, workflow management, operational processes, and client delivery expectations Ability to read, understand, and work within contracts, client requirements, and compliance guidelines Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate effectively with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Account teams, and clients Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities Ability to perform basic queries and validate delivery accuracy against client requirements Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise‑level data delivery operations Exposure to data processing, workflow management, or marketing/data technology environments Experience documenting operational processes, changes, and client requirements Ability to balance client expectations, operational execution, and internal coordination Comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments with shifting priorities Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through What Sets You Apart Experience reviewing contracts, SLAs, and compliance requirements Background in data processing or data delivery operations Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating cross‑functionally Strong operational discipline and detail orientation Passion for delivering high‑quality client outcomes Experience working in environments where precision, urgency, and accountability are critical At Acxiom, you’ll work with global clients, innovative technologies, and highly collaborative teams while helping drive complex data solutions in one of the industry’s most dynamic and evolving sectors.
