The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, operating, and optimizing cloud infrastructures on Azure & GCP , ensuring high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency. This is a technical, hands‑on engineering role , not an architecture position. Key Responsibilities Deploy and manage GCP and Azure cloud environments. Operate and support production systems (monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization). Manage core cloud services: Compute, Storage, Networking IAM and security controls Backup, DR, and high availability Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). Support cloud migrations and modernization projects. Work closely with networking and security teams. Maintain technical documentation. Provide advanced (L3) support when required. Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering. Strong hands-on experience with GCP and Azure . DevOps & Systems Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Docker and basic Kubernetes (AKS/EKS preferred). Networking & Security Solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Cloud security best practices.
