Position Summary We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and execution-focused Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to lead Visual Merchandising for Fenty across Latin America. This role is responsible for translating global brand vision into impactful, locally relevant retail execution across a diverse regional footprint, primarily within specialty beauty retailers and department stores. The scope covers retail design, permanent fixtures, seasonal updates, new product launches, new country launches, planograms, and in-store visual standards, ensuring a strong and consistent brand expression across markets while adapting to local business needs and retail formats. The successful candidate will combine strong design sensibility with rigorous project management, vendor leadership, and financial discipline. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with global teams, local market leaders, distributors, retailers, purchasing department, and external agencies to deliver high-quality execution on time, on brand, and within budget. This is a regional role with broad exposure and complexity. It is well suited to someone who understands how Visual Merchandising supports consumer engagement, productivity, and sell-out, and who can operate effectively across different countries, channels, and operating models. Reporting to: Senior Director, LATAM Location: Mexico City, MEXICO Key Responsibilities Regional Visual Merchandising Strategy and Execution Lead Visual Merchandising strategy and execution for Fenty across Latin America, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market needs. Translate global guidelines into locally relevant solutions across countries, retail formats, and route-to-market models. Ensure consistent brand presentation across permanent fixtures, seasonal updates, new product launches, new country launches, and in-store communication. Balance standardization and local adaptation to support both brand equity and business effectiveness. Retail Design, Fixtures and Planograms Manage the development, adaptation, and implementation of permanent fixtures including gondolas, counters, and other merchandising units. Oversee seasonal updates and graphic refreshes for core merchandising and launch collateral. Adapt global planograms and create market-specific planograms where needed, with a focus on productivity, shopper flow, and clarity of communication. Partner with global teams on fixture adaptation and execution standards. New Product Launches and Market Expansion Adapt and implement merchandising guidelines for new product launches, seasonal animations, permanent updates, and new country launches. Develop local point-of-sale materials from global assets, ensuring they are on brand, fit for purpose, and aligned with market specifications. Support the development of scalable VM solutions for new markets and evolving retail formats. Ensure execution is tailored by country, retailer format, and distributor capability while maintaining a consistent Fenty brand experience. Distributor, Retailer and Vendor Management Work directly with retailers and, where applicable, through distributors to ensure strong execution of VM standards across all points of sale. Provide clear direction and follow-up to support launch readiness, permanent updates, and maintenance standards. Manage agencies, suppliers, freelancers, and production partners from briefing through delivery and installation. Partner with the purchasing team on supplier selection and continuously assess vendor performance, quality, efficiency, and cost control. Budget, Field Excellence and Reporting Own the VM budget for the region and manage OPEX and CAPEX in partnership with local market leaders and distributors. Track the effectiveness of VM initiatives, with focus on execution quality, productivity, and ROI. Conduct regular field visits to review implementation, maintenance, and visual consistency. Maintain key VM tools and databases and ensure timely reporting of regional activity, learnings, and recommendations. Candidate Profile Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, retail design, or related roles, ideally within beauty or adjacent premium consumer industries. Strong preference for experience in beauty, ideally makeup, with exposure to prestige or selective distribution environments. Experience across Sephora, department store counters, specialty beauty retail, and travel retail is highly valued. Experience managing VM across multiple countries and working with distributors, retailers, and external vendors is strongly preferred. Functional Skills Strong understanding of retail design, fixture development, permanent merchandising, seasonal updates, and in-store execution. Strong technical understanding of VM production and implementation. Demonstrated ability to connect Visual Merchandising decisions to consumer behavior, traffic, communication effectiveness, and sell-out support. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities in parallel. Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets carefully and make cost-conscious decisions without compromising execution quality. High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. Leadership and Ways of Working Able to lead through influence in a matrix environment across global, regional, and local stakeholders. Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, freelancers, and junior support resources. Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across creative, commercial, and operational teams. Creative, hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Languages and Tools Portuguese and English are required. Spanish is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with design software and project management tools is preferred. Experience with platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus. Open to travel across the region.
