Responsibilities Manages a diverse project team with members across different functions (Productivity projects) Fulfill the pipeline according with the cluster guidance for the goal Stablish the target and stretch target according with the global guidance Comply to Material Efficiency (ME) governance Understand Material Losses (OME) during vigente production Understand and execute setup for ME KPI Calculate Material Plan Usage Factor and set the goal Analyze performance and gap analysis for Material Efficiency Implementation of Material Efficiency improvement projects. Responsible of the PBOM validation (oneSAP) Qualifications Graduated of Bachelor of Engineering, IE preferable Minimum 3 years in Industrial Engineering or Operational Excellence areas Experience in project management Computer literate such as Microsoft Office ( excel, word, power point,project and AutoCad) Experienced in identification and implementation of process improvement Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Fluid English spoken and written Diversity & Inclusion We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
