Lead and manage an SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team supporting the ECC environment. Ensure stable, reliable day-to-day operations of SAP ECC while the S/4HANA program is underway. Own incident, problem, and change management processes for ECC (including root cause analysis and continuous improvement). Serve as the primary point of escalation for production issues impacting business operations. Coordinate closely with the S/4HANA project team to ensure changes and fixes do not conflict with transformation activities. Manage support backlog, prioritize work based on business impact, and ensure SLAs are met. Oversee transport management, defect fixes, and minor enhancements in ECC. Communicate system status, risks, and performance metrics to IT leadership and business stakeholders. Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness are maintained throughout the transition period. Support cutover and dual-system periods (ECC and S/4 coexistence) as needed. Requirements 8+ years of SAP experience with strong functional and/or technical background in ECC. Prior experience leading or managing an SAP AMS or production support team. Deep understanding of SAP ECC operations and support models. Experience with ITIL-based support processes (incident, problem, change management). Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working alongside large SAP transformation or S/4HANA programs. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades. Exposure to multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.). Experience with offshore or hybrid support teams. SAP certifications. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SolMan, or other ticketing/monitoring platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
